Background and Education- I was born in Knox County to the late David and Nancy Cox and was Blessed to grow up with my brother Christopher Cox in a very rural area outside Monroe City. I graduated from South Knox High School and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Optometry and a Doctorate in Optometry from Indiana University. I received my Board Certification by the NBEO and have been a licensed Doctor of Optometry since 1996. Is it an Eye Care Emergency?

Unexpected ocular emergencies can occur at any time. New onset vision loss, flashes and floaters, double vision, unexplained ocular pain, redness or swelling, as well as ocular injury from foreign bodies, chemical splashes or ocular abrasions require expert care to allow for best vision to be preserved.
